Shipping & Replacement

Shipping Timelines and Costs

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

• we provide free shipping throughout India.

• Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via whatsapp and email

 

Replacement Policy Details

• We offer a 7-day replacement policy from the date of delivery. If you’re product is faulty or received broken please submit a video and a photo of it for a replacement and we will be happy to replace it.

• To initiate a replacement, please contact us at officialsilaimachine@gmail.com or fill out the Inquiry Form with your order details.

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

• Replacement will be processed within 2-3 business days after the product is received and inspected.

2. Assessment: We may ask for images or videos to assess the problem.

3. Resolution: Once approved, we’ll replace  the product based on the company policy terms.
